Gabriel Buades Castella

Degree in Law from Madrid’s Universidad Complutense in 2008 and advanced degree in International Business Administration and Management from the EBS Madrid (European Business School) in 2009.

He joined the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de les Illes Balears in 2009, and since then he has worked for several years in various law firms in Germany.

Master of Laws (LL. M.) in German Law, Humboldt Universität, Berlin. He wrote his Masters Dissertation on the tax obligations of German residents in Spain and Germany.

Masters in Corporate Law from the University of the Balearic Islands, 2014. In 2019 and 2020, he also completed the Legal Tech and General Management programmes, taught by ESADE and IE (Instituto de Empresa), respectively. In 2024 he obtained the Diploma de Alta Especialización en Musiones, Escisión y Otras Modificaciones Estructurales de la Empresa from the Escuela de Práctica Jurídica de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

As a member of the German-Spanish Lawyers Association and the Austrian-Spanish Lawyers Association and as a member of the firm’s International Desk, his international career has allowed him to appreciate the value of Anglo-Saxon forms and tradition, German perseverance and American entrepreneurship.

He mainly practices in the area of corporate and commercial law, with special emphasis on advising companies and entities related to the tourism sector.

He enjoys travelling and sharing a table and chatting with friends. Outside the office, he deeply values time with his family. Cinema also occupies a special place in his leisure time.
