One of the most controversial legal areas nowadays, which in some cases are difficult to understand for a significant part of the public, is that relating to prison leave. In his participation – starting at minute 24 of the programme – Salvà highlights the importance of understanding that these mechanisms, which are always oriented towards the social reinsertion of the convict, must comply with the procedures established by the law both in the partial compliance with the sentences and the favourable reports by the Prison Assessment Boards.
