Opinion article by our lawyer Luís Huerta, which provides some interesting points on a recent judgement by the Court of Justice of the European Union on the right to be forgotten on the Internet, in the case of search engines such as Google. It indicates the need to remove those links which lead to information published in the past provided it is verified that they are harmful for a citizen and lack public importance.
