Daniel Olabarria signs two publications in the German-language newspaper Mallorca Zeitung, relating to the International Desk of Bufete Buades. The first of these analyses the amendments to the Coast Act carried out over the last two years and the consequences for the owners of properties along the coast. In the second article, Olabarria addresses the end of the historic rent agreement signed prior to 8/5/1964.
