Luis Huerta, lawyer specialising in labour law and partner at Bufete Buades, is interviewed by El Confidencial, the prestigious national online newspaper, in a report that analyses the increase in disciplinary dismissals some companies are putting through to save costs. Among other things, Huerta says that “historically, companies have won very few disciplinary dismissals because they are difficult to justify. It’s not so easy to come up with the proof”.
