Joan Buades consulted by Diario de Mallorca with regard to the judgement of the High Court of the Balearic Islands on the compatibility of president Bauzá

The firm’s director, Joan Buades, has been consulted as an expert on the recent judgement of the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the High Court of the Balearic Islands, which upholds the legal order that the president of the Balearic Government, José Ramón Bauzá, may possess a pharmacy while exercising as such. Buades, reminded the newspaper of the firm’s participation of the firm in the precedent of the former regional Minister Aina Salom, declared incompatible for having a pharmacy in Palma.
