Joan Buades, honorary consul of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in the Balearic Islands and director of Bufete Buades, attended the commemoration of the Vienna Convention at the Balearic Parliament along with the rest of the representatives of the consular bodies in the Balearic Islands, headed by its president the Colombian consul, Diego Felipe Cadena.
