Exercising the private prosecution in the case against the air traffic controllers of the Son Sant Joan Airport

Court order favourable to the interests of our client, the Hotel Business Federation of Mallorca, so that we make exercise the private prosecution. The second section of the Court of Palma reopens the case, whose facts date back to 2010, declaring that there are indications that the controllers might have incurred in crimes of sedition or abandonment of service, on stopping work pretending to be ill.
