Daniel Olabarria takes part in the Cinco Días report on post-Brexit legal uncertainty
The International Desk lawyer at Bufete Buades, Daniel Olabarria, has been interviewed by El País financial publication, Cinco Días, in the article “La inseguridad jurídica tras el Brexit lastra las inversiones de británicos en España (Post-Brexit legal uncertainty hampers British investment in Spain)“. The article analyses the situation arising from the Withdrawal Agreement, the wording of which contains a lot of small print that will cause problems for British citizens which must be dealt with by legal experts. He speaks about the 90-day limit on stays for British residents with a second home in Spain, as well as the military permits that are now needed to purchase a real estate in many areas of the Balearic Islands.
