Daniel Olabarria has contributed an article on the new legal requirements for holiday rentals in the Balearics to the German-language newspaper Mallorca Zeitung. Problems arising out of the avalanche of tourists visiting the islands in recent years have precipitated changes in the law that are changing the face of the holiday rental market.
