News report picked up by multiple media relating to the judgement handed down by Commercial Court number 2 of Palma, rejecting the lawsuit brought by Gregorio Manzano and Gonzalo Hurtado against the corporate directors of RCD Mallorca SAD, which included our client, Mateu Alemany, president of the entity at that time.
