Misser magazine, of the Distinguished Bar Association of the Balearic Islands, consulted Daniel Olabarria, a lawyer with the Buades law firm, in two articles on noise problems and the Condominium Act. In an in-depth approach to the issues, Olabarria proposes “a legal modification so that, in cases of municipal inactivity, another administration could be subrogated and thus act against possible regulatory non-compliances with regard to noise.”
